I strive to portray the colors of specific pieces as accurately as possible in natural light. However, colors will and do vary based on individual opinion. Please take a moment to read descriptions, determine lengths/widths, and approximate size(s). If you are unsure, just ask!

SHIPPING


Most items in stock are shipped via USPS first class mail within 4 business days of cleared payment, if not sooner. Items that offer free shipping or purchases over $100.00, are insured, and sent 3-day Priority mail. All orders are carefully hand-wrapped and packaged for safe delivery.

You will be notified immediately of any unforeseen delays in shipping time.

Email confirmation will be sent once your item has shipped and is on its way.

Introspection Studio(located in Dallas, TX) ships domestic and international via the USPS.

Please make sure there are no discrepancies in your PayPal shipping address. This is the information used for all orders.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES


If you are not pleased with your item, for any reason, please contact me immediately. Refunds and exchanges are handled on a "case by case" basis. Custom orders may not be refunded or exchanged.

Contact must be made within 5 business days of the delivery date. Please be advised that upon acceptance of exchange or return, buyer will then be responsible for shipping and handling both ways.

Introspection Studio is not responsible for any damage or loss to uninsured packages caused by the mishandling of the USPS or third party delivery service. Unfortunately, I have had this disappointing incident occur once and due to the nature of most of the pieces sold here, cannot reproduce the item(s) purchased if they are irreparably damaged or lost.
